Huge truth about me: I absolutely adore travel.
I believe that we are so incredibly blessed to live on such a beautiful and wondrous planet. I honestly thank God everyday for His creation and for allowing me to experience it.

I am currently working on mastering the arena of Points and Miles. So far, so great! I've earned and used miles for free airfare! I can not tell you the thrill I got from that. (Insert happy dance) Plus so many other perks-- reduced airfare, Global Entry fee reimbursement, hotel credit, travel insurance etc.
If you've spoken to me in person regarding points and miles you quickly learn how passionate I am. 😆

One of the quickest ways of obtaining miles or points is when a card offers a Sign on Bonus.
A favorite card is now offering an elevated bonus~ Chase Sapphire Preferred. This is a super card and they have just enhanced the Perks as of yesterday. The SUB is currently huge- 100 000 bonus points after spending 5,000 in the first 3 months.
That's a round trip business class ticket to Europe!
This card has an extremely low yearly fee of $95. The yearly hotel credit of $100 pays for the fee right off the bat.

I'm sharing this information because this really is a great time to sign up for this awesome card if this kind of thing appeals to you. No joke.

I haven't decided where I'm going in 2027...how many countries is TBD. But I'll tell ya, I am certainly going to try to max out on benefits as best as I can.

🍰 The Classic Turtle Cheesecake ~ a chocolate chip dotted Cheesecake topped with whipped cream, pecans, caramel and more chocolate chips on a graham cracker crust. 14.65 plus tax

🍰 Peanut Butter Cup Cheesecake ~ peanut butter cups in a peanut butter cheesecake topped with homemade whipped cream and more pb cups! On a chocolate and pb cookie crust! 14.65 plus tax.

I've had the blessings of client requests lately. I'm always happy to try to fulfill a personal requests above my catering jobs.

Strawberry Lemonade Cheesecake for a client.
This was a fun one to come up with and create!
Lemon cookie crust, Strawberry cheesecake, topped with lemon curd and whipped cream. Garnish of Strawberry, lemon and mint.

Monday I will have a limited number of my famous Taco Salad available for pick up 🤩

🌮 🥗Taco Salad- this is definitely a fan favorite! I start by making my homemade seasoned beef Taco meat, black beans, chopped tomatoes, shredded cheese on top of assorted lettuces. Salsa and tortilla chips on the side. Ranch or Lime Crema dressing. Gf 14.50 plus tax.
* Taco meat is on the side for you to heat and add to the top.

90% of the salad dressings at Kelli's Place are 100% homemade by me.
Why?
Because I believe they not only taste so much better than mass produced ones but guaranteed they are much better for you. 💝
I use only great whole quality ingredients-- I can pronounce each ingredient! Often fresh herbs and spices are featured, much like my Green Goddess dressing.
Green Goddess has been a fan favorite for many years. I once overheard a client at a private chef event in the Galena Territory say to her friends " I could literally drink this dressing."
Today I made it with non-fat Greek yogurt as the base. I've experimented using it in a wrap and on a salad. Verdict❓️Same awesome taste at a very fraction of calories as my original!
That's a win!!
