Katharos Catering is an all occasion catering company. The name “Katharos” is defined as clean and pure. Cynthia Gallero-Greer, owner and operator, has worked in corporate America for over 25 years. She has also trained under some of the top Chefs in the Michiana area. Cynthia inherited her Southern Cooking from Grandmother, Rosa Lee Shields, and her Mother, Beverly Woodson. We cater all occasions from birthday parties to weddings.

Today is bittersweet. Yesterday marked the last day of my journey at Orchard Hills Country Club. I always say that every path God directs me on is preparing me for something greater. Over the last three years, I have grown and met some wonderful people along the way.
Most of all, I am grateful for the opportunity to have been part of such a great community.

I’m excited to share that Katharos Catering is merging with CK Catering. This transition strengthens everything you already love about Katharos. CK is a larger, well-established company, which means we’ll have greater resources, a larger team, and the ability to take on more events—including bigger, more complex, and more logistically demanding ones—while maintaining the same level of quality and creativity.

This partnership is a natural fit. Katharos and CK have a long history of collaborating, and before founding Katharos, I served as CK’s Executive Chef. Reuniting our teams brings together shared values, strong relationships, and a commitment to exceptional food and hospitality.
CK has always prided itself on its willingness to create fully custom menus, so every dish we’ve crafted for you in the past will continue to be available—along with expanded offerings and new possibilities. I’ll also be leading CK’s new Special Events Division, allowing us to elevate our service even further.
And for those who love the personal touch, I’ll still be offering private chef services, just as before.

In short: same vision, expanded capabilities, and an even stronger team dedicated to your events.
