I’d like to introduce you to aubs we can’t get a word in edge wise…aubs has been with me for 3 years and is an absolute amazing kid I may have adopted her technically when she was still in diapers as the baby badass!!! Her mom is definitely my bff I’m hoping I have her for next summer before she goes off to college. Ps she never stops talking!!!

As in my real job a supervisor is only as good as his staff. I’d like to take the next couple weeks to introduce you to my staff. First off is Sammy great talk I’m going to do it my way anyway!!! Sometimes I have to remind her that I’m the boss… but after I do that I go back to the kitchen and do as I’m told!!! Seriously though Sammy has been my longest employee and she does absolutely amazing and I wouldn’t change our situation as i know she has the best interest in making things look good!!
