Volcanic Theatre Pub is committed to enhancing Central Oregon’s cultural environment by providing a unique artistic venue and making an essential contribution to the High Desert community. Our respect for artistic expression holds us to the highest standards possible, presenting plays that will challenge you with relevant material, acting that will astonish you, films that will shake you, and music that will move you. All of this in one cozy intimate black box warehouse furnished with comfortable sofas, recliners, four-tops, and bar tops, and equipped with state of the art projection and sound, while serving many of the best local and regional beers and wine.

ONE WEEK AWAY from Mdou Moctar hitting the Volcanic stage.

Mdou Moctar’s home is Agadez, a desert village in rural Niger. Inspired by YouTube videos of Eddie Van Halen’s six string techniques and traditional Tuareg melodies, he mastered the guitar which he himself built and created his own burning style. A born charismatic, Mdou went on to tell his story as an aspiring artist by writing, producing & starring in the first Tuareg language film.

NEW SHOW - Codefendants + Jakobs Castle hit the Volcanic stage on February 27th!

Codefendants are a genre-smashing punk collective blending alternative, hip hop and rock to create a sound they call Crimewave. Formed by Fat Mike (NOFX), Julio ‘Ceschi’ Ramos and Sam King (Get Dead), the band fuses raw punk aggression with sharp lyricism, dark humor, and street-level honesty.

Jakob Nowell and THE CASTLE is the solo project from Sublime frontman Jakob Nowell. Best known for walking in his late father’s shoes, Jakob took the reins as Sublime’s frontman in 2024.

Join us on November 15th from 10 AM to 10 PM for a day of benefiting the families who were directly affected by the Silver Rail Elementary school shooting. 20+ tattoo artists from all over Central Oregon are coming together to tattoo the community as well as multiple local music performances throughout the day.

Additionally , .alchemists and will offer mini sling lessons for kids as well as performances into the evening.

Local mental health counselors will be providing some art processing for children starting at 10 AM .suns.art_bend.

100% OF ALL PROCEEDS from this event will be going to the families affected by the Silver Rail tragedy.

TOMORROW - Cherry Poppin' Daddies return to Bend with Los Mal Hablados and No Soap, Radio! Get ready for a night ska music!

In the past few years Cherry Poppin’ Daddies have become the kind of band that you would want to book if you were throwing a soiree at the Gatsby mansion. Penning elegant, lush, pitch perfect arrangements of much of the great American songbook, from Cole Porter to Frank Sinatra, the Daddies have surprised many- likely familiar with them from the early 90’s- whose limited exposure to the band undoubtedly consists of an image of spray painted vans careening across the US as an iconoclastic, misfit part of an already marginalized punk/ska scene.
