The last 21 days have been nothing short of a roller coaster. We have had many up and downs, good and bad days, days that I wanted to throw in the towel and days that I wished would never end. But together we made it through. I have SUCH AN AMAZING crew...I hope I am able to tag them all so they get some kind of recognition but I know some will not be seen...I hope they all know how much I appreciate everything they do for my company...Without them there is NO WAY we would of been able to feed 9430 mouths in 21 days, which averages out to 449 +/- mouths EVERY DAY!!! First I need to thank Jacob Togstad for all his help in my food ordering from Sysco.....He is an amazing guy/friend that gives all of his time when there are days that I am sure he would like to shoot me. Next up is my brother Jim for keeping me calm and believing enough in me and always telling me I can do this. My husband Dallas for putting up with me (enough said on that one, LOL). Then (and in no particular order...) Dan Nickel, Dan Moore, Robert Hipp, Jason Haugen, Diondra Gordon, Debbie Platt, Montana Nielson, Ashley Lair, Sarah, Danielle, Ginger, Steve Jeffries, Samantha Tullis, Adrian Moore, Carlos, Molly Moore, Jeff Hoverson....I know I have to be missing others and for that I apologize but please know that this was a group effort and without you all, none of this could of been possible! Thanks to ALL of you!!
