This was one of the last portrait sessions I had the honor of capturing before I took a break through my pregnancy and postpartum season. I was 6 weeks pregnant and incredibly nauseous, which continued for the next 6 months. I stopped taking clients for a season to focus on my health and teaching well. I am so proud of myself for teaching over full time for the entirety of my pregnancy. My new greatest joy and honor is being Emalyn’s mom, which includes going back to work. If you are interested in a portrait session this year please reach out. I am also going back to teaching, so sessions are limited. Excited for this new season of a new appreciation for working moms.

I am so thankful for our local farmers Megan & David . I am thankful for the incredible hard work they invest into this community to make it better. I thankful for the delicious, nourishing, local, organic produce they provide every week at farmer’s market and in our CSA. Words will fail to express the gratitude I have for my friendship with , ,and Clemence, my favorite child in Central Oregon. This family is intentional in everything.
