I couldn’t wait for my official stage shots! But I am feeling very blessed ❤️ I competed in my first bodybuilding competition and took home the true novice win 🥇 I’m so incredibly grateful to God for all he has shown me throughout the process of this prep and the similarities it’s shared throughout my wrestling career, I’m thankful for my amazing parents and family who have supported me and my man for coaching me and supporting and uplifting me throughout the highs and lows of this new Journey. There was a lot of times where I was faced with struggles and doubt and I really had to learn to trust the process, trust God more then ever, and stick to the plan. It’s a beautiful process where you have to show up for yourself, you have to choose discipline no matter how tired or unmotivated you become and you have to be the one to be consistent and put the work in. I am very excited for the future in this sport and am looking forward to beating this look the next time I step on stage.

I owe everything to God, my hard work, the amazing and supportive people he puts in my life, the life experiences, growth, the future… it is all in his beautiful name.

First off thanks to God, because it’s a blessing and im grateful that i was even able to do this. It was a phenomenal experience to do my first show at the and i can genuinely look back over the last year and say i gave it my everything and thats an amazing feeling. This show was one of the most fun things i have ever done and validated for me that i truly love it, im addicted, and this wont be my only time competing. Im beyond grateful to everyone and all the support and love i have received in this journey. Big thanks to my coach , Im so happy with the package we brought and the transformation we have done in the last year you have pushed me so far. Also I’m thankful to be sponsored with and have that in my corner, i really take it everyday and love it! and its been unbelievable to have that support as well. Below are my routines and honestly for me the most fun of the day was battling it out with in the middleweight. With all that being said my beautiful fiance deserves more credit than i can give, and she has been my absolute rock through all of this, shes my number one fan and i love her so much for her constant encouragement. I couldnt be more happy and focus is going to be kids and a wedding now😆 but my competing days are only beginning. Thanks everyone (:

Thank you to all my friends and family for all the support and love, thank you to my awesome coach for spending so much time and effort to get me here, thank you to for putting on such a great show! Such a fun experience, can’t wait for the next one😁
