Nonprofits are doing critical work every day—supporting families, feeding communities, protecting kids, providing resources, creating opportunities, and showing up for people when they need it most.

We’re fortunate to work alongside so many of these organizations, helping create events that bring people together, tell their stories, raise support, and move their missions forward.

At the end of the day, the lights, sound, video, staging, and production are just tools. What matters is what happens because of these events.

It’s a beautiful day for live music at Sunriver Resort.

We’re out on the back lawn today getting everything ready for Jeff Miller and the Congregation. If you’re in Sunriver, come hang out, enjoy some live music, and spend the evening with us.

We’re providing additional staging and bringing out a JBL SRX system with 12 SRX906s, two SRX915SFs, and two SRX928S dual 18” subs set up in cardioid.

Great music, a beautiful setting, and a summer evening in Central Oregon. Hard to beat that.

Yacht rock, captain’s hats, a packed dance floor, and DJ SEND!T keeping the party moving all night.

We had a blast providing the production for First Story’s Annual Gala and helping transform the room into something that felt completely different once the sun went down.

Events like this are some of our favorites—not just because they’re a lot of fun to produce, but because they bring people together in support of organizations doing real work in our community.

Galas. Conferences. Fundraisers. Corporate events. Community gatherings. Probably a few way-too-late load-outs mixed in there too.

The events may look completely different, but the people behind them have a lot in common.

We get to work alongside nonprofits doing real work that changes everyday lives in Central Oregon. We get to support companies that genuinely care about the community they call home. And we get to help create events where coworkers, donors, volunteers, friends, and neighbors actually want to be in the same room together.

Sure, our part involves speakers, lights, video walls, drape, stages, and an unreasonable number of cables.

But the cool part has never really been the gear.

It’s getting to play a small part in what these organizations are building right here in our community.

So here’s a bunch of random event photos that, it turns out, aren’t really that random after all.

We’ve been proud to work alongside the Oregon Tuna Classic for well over a decade now.

Year after year, this event brings together an awesome group of people for a great cause. Beyond the competition, the OTC helps fight hunger by donating their catch to help feed families throughout Oregon, while also supporting conservation efforts.

We’re grateful for the long-standing partnership and for the opportunity to keep supporting an event that gives so much back to our communities.
