Here are some photos of the Reception and Chapel setup for a wedding that OtherWorld Events LLC was excited to patriciate in coordinating.
The design and layout was directed by the Bride and Groom. They came up with some great decorations and crafty ways to bring everything together.

Thank you Alexis and the Canby Chapel for providing a beautiful location for the Ceremony. Also Aaron and Filberts Farmhouse for handling the Reception, your staff was amazing!

OtherWorld Events LLC has secured our first local contract for services for a Wedding next month here in Oregon. Woohoo!

Otherwise we've been caught up in a massive amount of pre-event planning for Adepticon, assisting with planning the Star Wars World Championship events happening in March!

AdeptiCon 2023 Event Preview

AdeptiCon 2023 promises to offer one of the greatest collections of tournaments, event games, demonstrations, seminars, and classes ever to be run over five days! Expect to see the return of the foundational classics, like the Warhammer 40,000 Team Tournament, but also watch for dozens of new events and even demos of forthcoming games. Look for an expansion of our historical gaming events as we move into our second year of adding the second venue. And expect to see a return of some very talented artists, some new faces alongside some veteran instructors, running a wide range of painting and hobby seminars and classes. All told, AdeptiCon 2023 looks to, once again, be an impressive celebration of the hobby!

But the preview presented today is only part of the story. A number of events are still being finalized, like Warhammer 40,000: Kill Team, Marvel Crisis Protocol, Star Wars: X-Wing, Armada and Legion! This preview list will undoubtedly expand as we move closer to registration on January 8th, 2023 at 1 PM CT and there will be modifications as the listing is subject to change. Over the next few months, expect to receive more detailed event information from the organizers, who are working as we speak to finalize rules and scenarios.

For now, take a look at the preview and take in the possibilities. Registration is right around the corner, so start your planning now. We can’t wait to see you in March.
