Dear Bend Social Co Members,

We hope this letter finds you well and in good spirits. We’re writing with some important news about Bend Social Co.

First and foremost, we want to express our heartfelt gratitude for being part of our community. From delightful wine tastings and hilariously wild Bingo nights to our heated winter pool parties with flamingo floaties and magical full moon snowshoe hikes, we have treasured every moment spent with you. Your enthusiasm and joy have been the lifeblood of our club, and we’ve loved every event we've hosted with you.

However, despite having over 140 wonderful club members, we've observed that only 11% of you are able to participate in our events. We understand that life gets busy and priorities shift, and it's something we couldn't have predicted when we first embarked on this adventure. Unfortunately, this low participation rate is not sustainable for us, and it’s not something we can directly control or improve under the current setup.

After much consideration and with heavy hearts, we have decided to pause the club at the end of this month. We’re determined to figure out a way to boost participation—perhaps even considering a free club model in the future.

Here are the next steps:

Monthly Memberships: All memberships will be canceled effective June 1st, so you won’t be billed moving forward.
Future Plans: We will take some time in June to reevaluate our approach. By July, we aim to update you on our decision regarding the club's future.
Third-Party Options: We are also exploring the possibility of partnering with third parties who might be better equipped to tackle this issue and continue the club's activities.
We want to thank each and every one of you who joined us and made our events memorable. Your presence and participation have meant the world to us, and we’re grateful for the community we’ve built together.

Stay tuned for updates in July, and once again, thank you for being a part of Bend Social Co. We hope to see you all again soon, whether through a revamped club or new opportunities.
