Always a pleasure working with ! Serving up a delicious, locally sourced, 3-course dinner for 23 guests with a side of excellent vibes. Dinner with the backdrop of Lava Lands Visitor Center surrounded by an incredible Central Oregon sunset.

The menu featured Charcuterie Skewers, a Fresh Garden salad, and Herb Roasted Chicken over Turmeric Rice with roasted Rainbow Carrots and Chimichurri sauce.

We had the absolute pleasure of partnering with Laurel Ridge Winery’s Tasting Room for a special two-day wine tasting experience—and what a weekend it was.

There’s nothing better than watching guests slow down, sip intentionally, and fully immerse themselves in the flavors of both food and wine. We curated a menu designed to complement and elevate each pour—from a vibrant beet salad to freshly shucked oysters, rich braised black trumpet & oyster mushrooms, and a delicate salmon roulade.

Every dish was crafted to enhance the tasting journey, bringing out nuanced notes in the wines while creating a memorable, shared experience around the table.
