Here’s a quote we’re currently working on! We started with our Package #9 and added a few extras to make the setup work for 160 guests, including the wedding party.

Two 20×40 tents, an additional 20×20 tent for the wedding party, round-table seating, lighting, side panels and an open center space for the dance floor. ✨

Our packages are a great starting point, but we can customize them to fit your guest count and vision.

Absolutely! Here’s an example of a recent layout we designed for a customer planning a wedding reception for 50 guests. It includes seating, buffet tables, a head table, and even room for a cake table!
She went with our premium padded chairs, a mix of round and banquet tables + tent lighting!
