All work and no play makes event setup feel like work… and where’s the fun in that?
One thing about my events, we will get the job done professionally and on time, but we’ll also laugh, connect, and enjoy the process together. I believe a great vendor team works best when there’s good energy, teamwork, and genuine connection behind the scenes.
Before guests arrived for Dola’s 40th, setup was already complete, vendors were relaxed, having fun, and getting ready to welcome guests professionally. Creating those little icebreaker moments is always important to me because when the team works well together, the entire event flows beautifully. We had an amazing time.
