Today’s meat platter did NOT disappoint!

But the surprise MVP was the Apple Pie Moonshine–Glazed Spam Burnt Ends. Absolutely freakin’ 🔥— sweet, smoky, sticky, and ridiculously good.

And those bone-in pork chops? Brined in apple pie moonshine before hitting the smoker. Tender, juicy, and packed with flavor.

Safe to say, apple pie moonshine earned a permanent spot in the BBQ arsenal.

Found myself in Belton Texas and had to stop Schoepf’s BBQ. Solid bbq and went with the fatty side brisket and jalapeno cheddar sausage. Did not disappoint especially the spicy bbq sauce and creamy elote, it was legit. Easy 6.5, keep rolling that smoke fellas.
