Found myself in Belton Texas and had to stop Schoepf’s BBQ. Solid bbq and went with the fatty side brisket and jalapeno cheddar sausage. Did not disappoint especially the spicy bbq sauce and creamy elote, it was legit. Easy 6.5, keep rolling that smoke fellas.
