Thank you to all of the wonderful CheezHEADz for allowing me to serve you over the last 5 1/2 years. It has been my pleasure indeed. And thank you to all of the good folks who helped take care of our guests. Working along side of good, trustworthy people is enjoyable.
I have made a decision to close as of tomorrow May 4th. While I had hopes of selling to a local proprietor and passing on the CheezHEAD torch I won't be doing that. There are substantial issues within my leased space that would continue to put people at risk and I'm not willing to do that any longer. After informing my landlord of concerns regarding fire code issues and getting no where, the Beloit Fire Department, through a routine inspection, confirmed the validity of my concerns. I'll be pursuing remedy through legal means.
I anticipate that within a few months you will see the CheezHEAD brand and our outstanding BBQ reappear again.
So today we will be open from 11:30 until 2 with lunch served until 1:30.
Tomorrow, we will be open from 12 until 4. I'm looking forward to finally getting back to church on Sundays!
Come on in and say farewell to Anabelle and Valentine, they're both working with me today and tomorrow.
We'll have our shirts and hats marked down if you want some merch. Would you like a CheezHEAD tap for your man cave or she cave? We can work that out! Other memorabilia will be sold as well.
I'm looking forward to serving you one more time, so come on down and come on in!
