To the couple dreaming of a casual reception with no assigned seating - I love the vibe… but we have to do it right.
Guest experience isn’t optional. It’s everything. These are your favorite people in the world - the ones who showed up for you, prayed for you, raised you, and partied with you. Let’s treat them as such.
No assigned seating? Totally fine.
But we must create intentional, comfortable seating throughout the space so no one is left wandering with their hands full and nowhere to land.
Casual should still feel cared for.
Relaxed should still feel thoughtful.
Unassigned should never feel unprepared.
That’s the difference between “we’ll figure it out” and “this feels amazing.”
