We're 2 crafty moms that love a good party! We started out making stuff for our friends and families, people loved it so much they started asking us if we could make their party decor too! We said yes and here we are, making amazing decor for every theme imaginable! We also work with photographers to create cute and whimsical decor for cake smash shoots. We're located in the Bay Area and apart fro

Advice I’d give you as an event planner if I wasn’t afraid to hurt your feelings... Part 3.

1. Just because it’s trending doesn’t mean it’s right for your event.
2. The best events aren’t the ones with the most decorations. They’re the ones with the most intention.
3. If every detail is a “must-have,” then nothing is.
4. Your guests won’t remember the napkins. They’ll remember how the event made them feel.
5. A packed schedule isn’t the same thing as a good event. Leave room for people to actually enjoy it.
6. The vendors you hire matter just as much as the design you choose.
7. Sometimes the most expensive option isn’t better. Sometimes it’s just more expensive.
8. If you’re stressing about every tiny detail the week of your event, you’ve waited too long to make decisions.
9. The best events have a point of view. Stop trying to include every idea you’ve ever saved on Pinterest.
10. At the end of the day, your guests won’t see the spreadsheet, timeline, or months of planning. They’ll just experience the magic. That’s exactly how it should be.

Clients pick their base item (think baseball caps, makeup pouches, tote bags) then during the party, guests choose from a selection of patches to customize it. We heat press their choices right there in front of them, so they get to design something unique, and you get happy guests who are engaged throughout the event. It’s a win-win!
