What started as helping our friends have the best day of their lives quickly grew into so much more. We’re so excited about all the doors this small, but official, step will open for us and all that’s to come!

“Is it too early to book you for my event next year?”

The short answer? NEVER!!

One of the biggest mistakes a host can make is waiting too long to secure their vendors. Whether you are throwing an unforgettable milestone birthday or planning your wedding day, your date will be the first thing a vendor asks about!

Here is our recommended timeline for booking with us:
📋 Full-Service Planning: This varies based on the kind of event, but we recommend reaching out 6-12+ months in advance so we can build your dream vendor team and secure the perfect venue.
⏱️ Day-Of Coordination: Book us at least 3 months out. This gives us the perfect runway to step in, organize your timeline, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Don’t worry, we can still do this in a more condensed timeline!

The most important reason to book early?
Once we are booked for a date, our calendar is closed. We don’t juggle multiple parties on the same day, which means your event gets our team’s 100%, undivided attention.

A moment for the details ✨

After a romantic May elopement in Florence, Italy, this beautiful couple brought the celebration back home to share with their family in July. We had the absolute honor of planning and setting up an intimate “That’s Amore” themed lunch at a gorgeous Italian restaurant right on the Jersey Shore waterfront.

To capture that dreamy Italian romance, we designed a tablescape layered with cascading red cheesecloth, elegant candlesticks glowing with white, red, and burgundy candles, and delicate bud vases filled with fresh blooms.

Our favorite personalized touch? The bride shared how much she loved sipping w**e during their time in Italy, so we repurposed w**e corks to hold up the custom place cards! It’s these thoughtful, meaningful little elements that make every celebration we coordinate feel so special.

Running any small business on your own is a huge challenge, especially a creative one. My brain simply doesn’t work the same way as his!

Not only am I grateful to grow a business I genuinely have so much fun with, but I’m so thankful to have a partner who encourages and supports me doing it.

There’s a reason he’s been our employee of the month six months running! (Shhh, we don’t talk about the before.)
