Happy Birthday to one of our directors, Bernice Burger! 🎂🎉

For more than 12 years as a director, Bernice wears many hats around the fair. Serving on the Scholarship and Social Media Committees, being an assist Treasurer, and always stepping up to help wherever she is needed. We are so grateful for the time, hard work, and heart she continues to pour into the Austin County Fair!📸

🛠️Entries for the Agricultural Mechanics Project Show are now OPEN!

📅 Entry Deadline: Friday, August 28, 2026 by 5:00 p.m.
📍 Entry forms must be submitted to the Austin County Fair Office.

Don't forget:
✅ A project book including your plans/blueprints, construction photos, and bill of materials is required with each entry.
✅ Exhibitors must be present during judging to discuss their project with the judges.

Calling all Austin County students in Kindergarten - 5th Grade! We want to see your creativity!🖍️

📅 Entry Deadline: September 25, 2026 at 5:00 PM
Entries will be displayed all 10 days of the Fair in the Agventures Building!

Contest Rules:
• Open to Austin County student residents in Kindergarten–5th Grade
• Only ONE entry per student
• Put the child’s name and grade on the back of the coloring page
• ALL blanks must be filled in or the entry will not be judged
• All entries become property of the Austin County Fair
• Only winners’ names and grades will be posted

🎟️ SEASON PASSES
• Advanced Season Pass: $45

🐖 LIVESTOCK SHOW DAYS | OCT. 3–6
• Ages 12 & up: $5
• Children 11 & under: FREE

🎡 FAIR & RODEO DAYS | OCT. 7–10
• Children ages 6–11: $10
• Ages 12 & up: $15
• Senior Citizens: $5
• After 5 PM on Concert Nights: $25

🎓 All Austin County school students receive FREE admission until 5 PM on Thursday OCT. 8!

Gate 1

Registration is OPEN for the Austin County Fair Little Miss, Little Mister, Jr. Miss, Jr. Mister & Jr. Fair Queen Pageants! ✨👑

📅 Contest is Saturday, October 3, 2026, starting at 9am
📍 Austin County Fair Convention & Expo Center

✨ Age Divisions:
• Little Miss/Mister: Ages 4–6
• Jr. Miss/Mister: Ages 7–9
• Jr. Fair Queen: Ages 10–14
Age is based on the beginning of the 2026–2027 school year.

📌 Registration Deadline: Friday, September 18, 2026 at 4pm
