This isn’t trays of food sitting on a table on a sterno for hours. We’re all about FRESH FOOD!

This is the truck pulling up, the grills going, the smell of fresh tortillas, sizzling fillings, homemade sauces, and your guests walking up excited because they know they’re getting something made fresh just for them.

Our Fiesta Menu was created for parties that want to feel fun, fresh, and special. Not your average taco.

We use fresh ingredients, bold flavors, and scratch-made details from our slow-braised birria to our homemade queso, salsa, guacamole, street corn salad, and warm churros fried in Wagyu beef tallow with my homemade caramel.

The HOMEMADE caramel drizzle on these banana muffins, took it from Amazing to outrageously delicious. I made some extras for my mother for Mother’s Day and they were telling me I can’t make these anymore because they’re too addicting. The scones were so tender, the only way to eat them is freshly baked, warm and with butter and jam.

We loveeeee our fiestas! Forgot to take video of the homemade queso for the fresh chips. And the churros with my homemade hot fudge and caramel sauce.
