The HOMEMADE caramel drizzle on these banana muffins, took it from Amazing to outrageously delicious. I made some extras for my mother for Mother’s Day and they were telling me I can’t make these anymore because they’re too addicting. The scones were so tender, the only way to eat them is freshly baked, warm and with butter and jam.

Can’t believe I forgot to post this! What an absolute delight it was to meet Mario Lopez. They already had my famous grilled cheese. But I didn’t have the macaroni and cheese ready so I went to go bring it to them. Hollywood Channel Family

The cookies I made…I had intended to make more and send some as gifts for the New Year. But someone I loved and looked up to passed during the holidays and he was someone I planned to bring a box to for New Years. I got so stressed over the holidays as I always do. And this just made me realize I have to stop procrastinating, and worrying about trying to make it perfect.
And it’s been hard to find the light to celebrate. Regrets and sadness have been a challenge.

Baking and cooking for me it’s about love, positivity and happiness. Which is why I would like to believe so many of you find pleasure in what I make. Sorry for anyone I missed but I assure you we’re all in my thoughts. My New Year’s resolution is to make more happy memories and stop worrying so much.
