As we dive into the 2025 season, I cannot wait to bring the dreamiest, fluffiest blooms to your special moments! I’m all about sourcing unique, beautiful flowers—& local when I can!

Aster & Fir is proudly women-owned, and my freelance team? Almost all women. What can I say, I’m a girls’ girl!

I live in Astoria with my husband, John, our daughter, Emilia, and our cat, Piper. I’ve been in NYC for a decade, but I’m a Long Island girl at heart, running our studio out of Bellmore. From the NOFO to the Hamptons, BK to Manhattan, I know my way around—so if you’re planning an event in 2025 or 2026, let’s make some floral magic together!

Spring is here and that means it’s local flower season! I may not be a mathematician, but I’m pretty sure at least 95% of Marah’s dreamy bouquet was made with locally grown blooms from our amazing friends at ! 🌸💐 We’re beyond lucky to have access to the freshest, most beautiful flowers around and are so excited we get to see them soon!
