Position Summary:
The Sous Chef will work closely with the Senior Chef to oversee kitchen operations, maintain high culinary standards, and foster a positive team culture. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dependable culinary professional who is looking for career advancement and the stability of regular weekday hours.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the daily operations of the kitchen, including preparation, cooking, and presentation of meals.

Lead and support kitchen staff in a collaborative, team-focused environment.

Ensure food quality, consistency, and adherence to health and safety regulations.

Collaborate on menu development and seasonal specials.

Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control under the guidance of the Executive Chef.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and storage areas.

Step into leadership duties in the absence of the Executive Chef.

What We’re Looking For:
Proven as a Sous Chef with catering and line cook experience ready to take the next step.

Passionate about food, service, and team development.

Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a high standard.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Knowledge of food safety and kitchen sanitation practices.

Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced, professional kitchen environment.
