Well that escalated quickly 😅 when I checked our low temps for the third time Sunday I realized that an unexpected frost was coming Tuesday night. So I buckled down, went dark on the web, and harvested every useable stem I could find.

But that means we’ll have the very last of the fresh flowers at our Pumpkin Patch booth and for our Dahlia Days volunteers! We hope to see you at one or both - held in the same location on Sat. Oct 17th from 10am-2pm at Lookout Farm.

I cannot believe it’s been four years since our perfect wedding day in Zion National Park. Bring your life partner is better than any fantasy I can imagine Flash Fallon

There’s something deeply special about wrapping up wedding season every fall, to then remember how I got to grow and arrange the flowers for my own special day. Even though the farm was much smaller and in a different phase at the time, the amount of sweat, time, and love I put into growing the flowers for my own reception made it all that much sweeter. The best part is, is that I now put that much passion and effort into growing YOUR wedding day blooms cuz I know what a difference it makes.

And just like that…wedding season is over for us 🥹 It was a spectacular season!
Big flowers. Wild color. Lots of movement. An unreasonable number of buckets—and some of the best work we’ve ever designed in our six years of designing events!
We’re still waiting for some galleries back from our later season weddings. So don’t think this is the last of our 2026 wedding photos. But for now: a very big THANK YOU to every couple who trusted us with their flowers this year. ❤️
Now, if you’ll excuse us, we’re going to go put the farm to bed and maybe take a nap.

You can’t deny it, fall flowers hit different

The colors get a different level of vibrancy, of moodiness.
The dahlias really hit their stride and outshine everything.
There’s so much texture in the seed pods, grass heads, foliage, and weird little flowers.
All this equals more drama, more character, more fun in every bouquet.

And maybe it’s because we know that the killing frost in imminent - there’s something extra special about a fresh flower bouquet this time of year.

If our five reasons why fall flowers have us completely obsessed resonate, remember you can enjoy them too. Local flower season isn’t over yet.
