Today, during Teacher Appreciation Week, we spotlight Chef Gregory Clemons, Culinary Arts Teacher at East St. Louis Senior High School!

Director Dekiethrich Lockett, East St. Louis Senior High School, shares, "Mr. Clemons does a great job with motivating students to think outside of their comfort zone to try new things and create new experiences. He had a 100% pass rate for advanced industry certifications and students consistently excel in the annual Platinum Chef Culinary Competition, including sweeping the entire competition one year. He is actively involved in several activities both around the school and at other district schools."
