In 2021, Small Town Properties purchased the Elks building with the goal of creating a much needed downtown events center in Bellefontaine, Ohio. As the layers of traditions and blueprints were uncovered, they began exploring the rich history of the Elks and its founder, Charles Vivian. Paying homage to the organizations Founder, “The Vivian” will welcome parties, receptions and gatherings in early 2023.
