Partridge Cottage and Rooms has two rooms that I rent year around. One room has a king bed, and the other room has two double beds both rooms have private baths. cable tv, refrigerator and microwave. If you need room for extra guests give Jan a call at 207-495-3864. The cottage is seasonal usually able to rent by mid May depending on the eather.

I have started taking reservations for Summer 2024. My 2-bedroom cottage is pine paneled. One room has a queen bed the other room has twin beds, there is a kitchen living area and bath and screened in porch suspended over the water. There is a dock and I supply the first set of towels and sheets. The cottage sleeps 4 and well behaved dogs are welcome. The price is $999.00 plus tax for a week I am located on Long Pond and walking distance to the Days Store, The Village Inn. Susset Grille., and a 18 hole golf coaurse. On the same property I have a beauty shop, toy store and bakery. For reservations call Jan at 207-495-3864.

Balloons and Things will be doing deliveries no matter what the weather is. We will be delivering Flowers, Balloons and fresh sweets from The Main Street Bake Shop.
