The Valencia County Fair is a non profit organization that is ran by elected board members. The Fair board is always welcoming volunteers.

If you are interested in becoming a volunteer please feel free to attend the monthly meeting which is held on the first Tuesday of each month at 7:00pm at fairgrounds

Come join us today at 5:00/7:00pm at the Valencia County fairgrounds for lots of fun, games, free pumpkins donated by Valencia County Fairboard, Red Doc Farms and Chavez Farms kids must be present for their free pumpkin.

ATTENTION EXHIBITORS! The remainder of checks will be at NM Bank of Silver City in Los Lunas tomorrow after 12pm.

All exhibitor sale checks that are ready for distribution can be picked up from NM Bank of Silver City in Los Lunas starting today, Monday, October 19th. The checks will be there for 2 weeks. If you have not picked up your check within the 2 weeks, you will have to make arrangements with the board. Please remember to thank your buyers!

ATTENTION VCF EXHIBITORS!

Checks for animals that have been paid in full by Monday, October 19, will be ready for pickup! If your check is not ready, the Fair Board will contact you.

The Fair Board will send your buyer a picture from the sale. Please be sure to send each buyer a thank you!

Checks must be signed for and picked up at NM Bank of Silver City in Los Lunas.

Please note: Add-on checks will be released separately as those payments are received.
