I think we’re on to something!
Recently, Megan Ewing led the Harford County Chamber of Commerce Board through a collaborative vision-board experience at Evolved Catering & Events Center.
But this wasn’t just cutting out pictures and gluing them to a board.
It gave the group space to slow down, talk about what they’re building, connect around shared intentions, and create a visual reminder of where they want to go together.
Megan’s Think Big, Act Bold created and facilitated the experience. I got to document the people, energy, conversations, and moments that made it meaningful.
Seeing what happens when her ability to guide a room meets my ability to tell its story made something very clear: we can create more experiences like this for leadership teams, staff retreats, conferences, and organizations that want their people to genuinely connect.
And the bigger these opportunities become, the more capacity we create to pour time, resources, and experiences back into communities that need them.
