January is for relishing Memories and the anticipation of what’s ahead.
For me, being a Wedding Planner has always been about people, not design trends. I think that’s also why I was having such a hard time making a “year-end recap” post this year. I spent hours and hours looking through beautiful photos of amazing landscapes, gorgeous tents and tabletops and dramatic lighting and flowers, but I just could not settle on the photos or the sentiment that I wanted to share.
I just figured it out.
These are the photos that I kept coming back to.
These are the ones that make me smile, that warm my heart, and remind me of the amazing couples that we worked with this year. These are the photos that truly explain what I do for a living and what I try to focus on in my own life. I love to create joyful moments. Tender moments. Exuberant moments! These are the moments that memories are made of. It’s all about how these moments FEEL.
Thank you to all of our couples and families, dedicated collaborators and friends for another incredible year of making incredible memories, together. And here’s to all of the beautiful memories we will make in 2026!
