Been a bit since I posted anything! So what better way to bring some light back to y’all then these Top Heavy Smoked Cinnamon Rolls! Low and Slow melt in ur mouth yummy goodness! Huge shout out to The Dirty Spatula. If y’all haven’t had their BBQ sauce I highly recommend you get some!

11 pound cheese stuffed meatloaf on the smoker today at SpringMill! Weaving some bacon next to put over it. With nice bbq glaze to finish it off!

First big purchase in the books for us and The Dessert Shop. Thanks to the Butchers Block in Bloomington we came home with a new to us freezer. Excited to see the growth in both businesses coming so quickly.
Also if y’all haven’t visited the butchers block. I highly recommend them. Dave has to be one of the nicest guys I have ever met and done business with. Excited to say that is where most of our meat will be coming from in the future.
Plus they got quail eggs! Y’all that know me personally know how I love me some pickled quail eggs!
