After a lot of reflection, I’ve made the difficult decision to close Smoke Showin’ BBQ and Catering.
My full-time job has grown to a point where I can no longer give this business the time, energy, and attention it deserves. And anyone who has ever tasted our food knows one thing about me: I will never sacrifice quality for convenience.
Smoke Showin’ was built on pride, passion, and doing things the right way—slow, steady, and with heart. If I can’t give 100% to the food and the service my customers expect, then stepping back is the most honest and respectful decision I can make.
To every person who ordered a plate, booked an event, shared a post, or bragged on our BBQ—thank you. You helped turn a simple dream into something real. You’ve been part of family reunions, graduations, weddings, firehouse meals, tailgates, and gatherings of all kinds. That meant more to me than you will ever know.
Even though Smoke Showin’ BBQ is closing its doors for now, I’m walking away proud—proud of the food we served, the reputation we built, and the relationships made along the way.
Thank you for supporting me, trusting me, and loving our food. This isn’t the end forever… just the closing of this chapter. And who knows—one day you might see that smoke rollin’ again.
