Oh my....I can feel autumn in the air, even tho it's just the middle of August! The summer went by soooo fast.
I've done some amazing weddings this year, so far, and have several more scheduled.
Last year (2025), I only did 1 wedding at the beach. Just last month, I did 4!! You just never know what wonderful things are going to pop up.
A couple of more unusual weddings have happened this year. I married a couple at the neonatal ward at a hospital, with their new preemie, who apparently had decided to make her appearance before mom and dad had a chance to tie the knot...lol
I had my first, in 19 years, (and hopefully my last) of a Bride who was left at the altar. It felt like a movie.
Had two, just this past month who called, very upset, because their officiates whom they had hired to do their wedding, all of a sudden said they couldn't. One Bride was crying and one was just plain mad! Fortunately, I was able to help them both. Wheeew
Hope everyone has had a delightful summer and before we know it, we will be in the Holiday Season.....Yikes! Did I just say that out loud?? š³
