Gorgeous Scholls Valley Lodge was the backdrop as this delightful young couple tied the knot- and it was all kinds of fun, just like the two of them! They had cupcakes, a popcorn bar, s’mores by the fire pit, hot chocolate, and a sparkler send off after dancing in the barn! Congratulations Rachel & Brevin, thank you for letting us be a part of this joyous day!

It's time to raise the curtain on the Muppet Show tonight!

Something about the last days and preparations leading up to an event has that madcap energy where you know very well Crazy Harry might blow something up at any minute, but it’s honestly part of the excitement- we know by the time the curtain goes up, all will be well!

We’re so thrilled for our young couple tying the knot this week. It’s been a whirlwind few weeks since the family decided that their DIY plans could benefit from a little ELT… including some personal shopping and shoe shining so every member of the wedding party looks their best on the big day. It’s what we do… “every little thing”!

We think everyone deserves to be treated like royalty, especially on momentous occasions, and Saturday was no exception- this feast fit for a King was all kinds of fun to put together for our clients and their wonderful guests. We don’t always pull out all the fancy silver & crystal, but our clients get👏what👏they👏want👏, and we wouldn’t have it any other way!

What’s “Up”? Did I mention we do balloons now? We had a great time last night helping out at a fundraiser for little Damian Linda Johnson Markham. He is a darling 2 year old, battling a degenerative disease- as his devoted family works tirelessly to spread awareness about his condition and seek treatment options, all who meet them can’t help but want to do what they can as well. Yummy, yummy, yummy I’ve got love in my tummy! I’ve also got it on platters, bowls and in milk glass. Oh how I adore fruit & other beautiful foods displayed in milk glass. Mac & cheese bites & mango, curried chicken salad would still be delicious if served off of a piece of cardboard- but you know we’re all about the extra!

Tonight’s menu tasting was the perfect excuse to make some of our favorite small foods & spreads for our clients to sample. This wedding will feature a grazing table style menu, which we love- because you can include so much variety! Do you want this, or this…or this? Yes!

Weddings and events are not what they used to be when we were kids, amiright? And thank goodness. The new rules, at least according to us? Do what makes YOU happy. Don’t like it? Don’t do it. Find a tradition boring? Off with its head! If it’s not mandated by law… it’s all up for debate as far as we’re concerned. Celebrations are meant to be enjoyed, never endured. You want a llama for a ring bearer? A llama ye shall have! A sugary cereal buffet at a birthday party? Sounds GRREAT to us! Seriously. Life is too S to the H to the O-R-T…if you’re gonna do it, do it right, & have fun doing it. We’re here to help. We’ve still got a little availability this summer, so hit us up if you’ve got some celebrating to do!

Remember this desk from a few weeks ago? He made his big debut yesterday, serving up cold drinks on a gorgeous, sunny day, and looked pretty snazzy doing it! We also designed custom bottled waters for guests to enjoy while playing lawn games between the ceremony and dinner, and oh ya... we made dinner! Some rustic grilled veggies, red potato/Gorgonzola salad, Mac & cheese, and the star of the show; Ricky’s slow smoked beef brisket. We’re pretty sure the guests were left with both full hearts and bellies!
