Final Day of the Holocaust Exhibit ...Join Us for a Powerful Presentation

Today marks the last opportunity to view the impactful Holocaust exhibit and attend our final speaker presentation. We invite you to join us and help close out this significant event. The doors will open at 5:00 PM, and we hope to see you there.

Today's Topic: "Repairing the World: Stories from the Tree of Life"

Today's program begins at 6:30 PM and will feature a panel presentation and documentary screening focused on the experiences of survivors and families of those who were tragically killed during the shooting at the Tree of Life synagogue on October 27, 2018, in Pittsburgh. This event affected three congregations and highlighted the ongoing issue of antisemitism in American society.

In addition, connections will be made to the Holocaust exhibit through the inclusion of information about the Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society, which played a pivotal role in assisting with the resettlement of Holocaust victims.

Join us today to learn, reflect, and honor these stories and the continuous fight against antisemitism.

In Hebrew, Holocaust Remembrance Day is called Yom Hashoah and marks the anniversary of the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising. To gain a greater understanding, please make sure to visit Americans and the Holocaust Traveling Exhibition March 17th - April 28 and to join us this Sunday for the last A Speaker Series: Americans and the Holocaust at 6:30 pm. Doors will be open earlier in order to tour the exhibit.

A group of Geneva students toured the Americans and the Holocaust traveling exhibit today at the Carnegie Free Library of Beaver Falls. Thank you Alexa for leading a great tour!

The second of a four part series on Americans and the Holocaust will be held tomorrow at 6:30 at the Carnegie Free Library Of Beaver Falls. We had a full house last week! Doors are open at 5 o’clock. Hope you can make it!

Have you seen the exhibition yet? Beaver County is the ONLY stop in Pennsylvania.

The next presentation will be at the Carnegie Free Library of Beaver Falls tomorrow evening and relate directly to Beaver County history.
