Here’s our stack of boxes filled with peonies, heading to the lower 48. In case you didn’t know, peony season and salmon fishing season are one and the same. This has been a historically amazing year for salmon fishing and many fishermen are sending their fish via FedEx. We have had a LOT of trouble getting our flowers on the plane before it fills up with fish. Twice last week we had to drive our peonies three hours north to Anchorage to get them on a bigger plane. Stressful!!!
*Good news! They made it on the plane today!
