For years I have watched the flowers from weddings and funerals discarded. It seemed such a waste because the flowers are very special and can be dried and put in an arrangement for a keepsake that last for many years. My method is air drying and I have perfected this technique over the last 25 years. Timing is crucial and the process must be done immediately. While some flowers do not dry well, the majority do.
