THIS IS ME
Can I just tell you all how much I LOVE LOVE LOVE my job!! What started out as a fairy tale, unattainable and a distant thought has in four short years become my reality! I am so blessed by the wonderful things in my life and I couldn't be more happy. I am a lover of beautiful things, my children inspire me, light inspires me, colors and textures inspire me, country music inspires me, coffee keeps me awake, chocolate keeps me sane, wine keeps me happy. I can go for a drive somewhere simple like the grocery store, and notice as I look out the window the way a beautiful stream of light comes through the branches of a tree, or how the grey cement casts a soft warm glow of light up on subjects, I see light completely differently now and it is an every day inspiration. I love textures, flowers, soft backgrounds and tack sharp images, images with emotions, images that make you cry or smile or want to do the happy dance.

I’m thinking about adding some of my hand painted Pokémon cards to my Etsy shop! These start out as original TCG cards and then I paint them to create a full scene over the card stat portion! It’s so fun and I love doing them, but would they sell online is the question 🙋‍♀️

The fall family session season is in full swing over here and I’ve had the honor of capturing not only a bunch of my regulars but some new families as well! These gorgeous folks wanted to snag a last minute session while grandma was in town and we were able to sneak one in just before her flight! What a seriously stunning session it was too! That golden hour glow 😍😍😍😍 thanks Aurionna for trusting me with photographing your shoot!

But these guys were troopers and we still managed to get a gorgeous shoot hiding under the tree cover 😍😍😍 thank you Lauren and Tyler for letting me capture your beautiful family, it was an honor! Six years ago, I photographed their wedding down in San Diego and it’s always extra special when I get to see my couples families grow!
