This Week’s Feature
* Honey White ($12) – A tender, lightly sweetened crumb paired with a crisp, blistered crust. Every loaf is a serious artisan bake, scaling at a hefty 2 lbs pre-bake.

Unlike store-bought bread loaded with commercial yeast, conditioners, and artificial sour notes, our dough contains just flour, water, salt, and local honey. Gertrude handles the rest. Chefs Traci and Casey have been busy experimenting in the kitchen with our trusty starter, Gertrude, and this week’s small-batch lineup is ready for pre-orders.
These are serious artisan loaves—every single bake weighs in at a minimum of 2 lbs post-bake, with some of our loaded inclusion loaves hitting a hefty ~2.5 lbs.
This Week’s Menu:
* Honey White ($12) – Classic, soft, and lightly sweetened with a crisp, crust (~2 lbs).
* Pumpkin Sourdough ($15) – Rich, cozy, and packed with warm seasonal flavor (~2.5 lbs).
* Jalapeño Cheese ($15) – Savory, sharp cheese folded with the perfect kick of jalapeño heat (~2.5 lbs).
