Dr. Robert Johnson Jr., a respected professor of History and Cultures of the Americas at the Culinary Institute of America, will lead a fascinating lecture on “The Road to Revolution: the Creation of an American Identity.”

Sometimes the best ceremonies are the unexpected ones! ❤️ Despite the rain, Kelly & Elysee's decision to move their ceremony inside the Dutch barn created the most breathtaking, intimate setting. The joy was palpable as they exchanged vows surrounded by the warmth and history of the barn. Wishing these two a lifetime of happiness!

Finally, fall feels like fall! 🍁 With our pumpkins proudly displayed and the crisp air settling in, we're also facing the bittersweet end of our 2024 tour season.

Don't let time slip away! Join us for a guided tour of the historic home, Dutch barn, and heritage garden. Our regular public tours run until October 26th on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays at 12 pm, 1 pm, 2 pm, and 3 pm. It's the perfect time to visit!

Get ready for Revolutionary War Day! 🥁 Our America 250 kick-off is Saturday, October 25th, 11 am - 4 pm. Expect re-enactors (), militia drills for all ages, a skirmish re-enactment, fife & drum music, and much more! It's a full day of living history you won't want to miss.

Tickets: $18 adults | $15 seniors | $12 children (3-16). Kids under 3 & Members Free.

This event is made possible by The Society of the Cincinnati in the State of Connecticut, The Massachusetts Society of the Cincinnati, and The New York State Society of the Cincinnati.
