We are a full-service, detail oriented, event planning business created by Jennifer Wilson and Ale Our team will be with you at your rehearsal.

Dreamer: $7,500

We will be with you for every meeting, guiding you through the process of selecting: Catering, Photographer and Videographer, Florist, Transportation for wedding party, Hair and Make-up, Cake, DJ and/ or Band Stationary, Lighting, and Ceremony Officiator (Priest, Rabbi, Justice of the Peace, etc.) Let us help you find the perfect location and venue for your ceremony and reception.

Your guests will be in good hands as we assist in arranging Guest Accommodations and Guest transportation. Let us handle the details: Helping plan the perfect budget, Day of Itinerary, Table seating chart, Managing RSVPs, and Social Media (Providing a “Hash tag”, Facebook, Event webpage, etc.) Two weeks before the wedding we will handle all contact, becoming your personal liaison. It’s your big day, so relax because we have it all covered: Ceremony and Reception Set- Up, Coordination, and Vendor Management. And when the Big Day comes to an end we will even make sure to pack up your car for you. Most importantly our team will be available to you by phone or e-mail every step of the way. Visionary: $5,000

We will make sure we contact your various vendors 2 weeks prior to your Wedding Day. Catering, Photographer and Videographer, Florist, Cake, DJ and/ or Band, Lighting, and Ceremony Officiator (Priest, Rabi, Justice of the Peace, etc.) We will ensure your wedding day is stress-free! Set Up, Ceremony Coordination, Handle all contact, and Tear Down. And when the Big Day comes to an end, we will even make sure to pack up your car for you. Most importantly, our team will always be available to you by phone or e-mail.

Our Saturday wedding was one I will never forget and am so thankful to be a part of! I met this super special family years ago when I was the day of coordinator for their daughter’s wedding. After that, the mother of the bride and sister of the bride worked with JA for years! This Saturday, we got to celebrate one of our own on HER special day! we could not be more excited for you and Adam!!! Congrats Mr. And Mrs. Smith!!! Peep the incredible balloons by the MoB, Christy who owns .bows.ohio !!! She is INSANELY talented!!! We LOVE you guys!!!

We at JA had a very busy weekend this weekend, but as I sit back and reflect, I cannot help to think about how lucky I am to be able to do what I love and to work with such incredible people!! Yesterday’s wedding .events was MAGICAL! We also got to work with some incredible vendors! just to name a few!!!
