About Us
What do you get when you take two music career professionals who have been rocking stages for 25 years and add in their passion for cooking? Billy Morris (Warrant, Cleveland’s Breakfas

t Club, etc.) and Todd Chaisson (Tuff) started writing recipes when they should have been learning songs. Now they’ve partnered up to serve you smoked meats and vegetables… with a side of Rock & Roll! Standing in line for your ‘front row ticket’ has never been more cool - with live guitar solos, surprise special guests and rock videos broadcast on a flat screen. These guys are doin’ it right, delivering impressive meals and entertainment for the starving artist in you. Music and food lovers everywhere (because this truck goes on tour) will enjoy delicious creations with clever titles - just to name a few:

☀️🏃‍♂️🌮🍦 Corporate Field Day — Fueled by BBQ & Ice Cream!

We had an absolute blast teaming up with our friends at Barrio Tacos 🌮 and Kona Ice 🍧 for a huge employee appreciation event at Avient!

The day kicked off with a 5K race (thanks to Run the Land and our good friend Gregg), then rolled right into volleyball, co****le, pull-up contests, and plenty of sunshine. 🌞

And after all that running, sweating, and competing… let’s just say the ice cream line never slowed down. 🍦😅 Racing bibs + cold scoops = the perfect finish line combo.

Big thanks to everyone who came out to play, cheer, eat, and celebrate together—this is what employee appreciation looks like when you mix fun, food, and a little friendly competition. 💙

After conquering the Tri CLE Rock Roll Run course, athletes crossed the finish line and headed straight for the Smokin’ Rock ‘n’ Roll Ice Cream Trailer for some well-earned scoops. 🍨 From first-timers to seasoned triathletes, every smile said the same thing—this is the sweetest finish line reward in Cleveland. 🏆😀

Congrats to all the racers who swam, biked, ran… and then chilled with us! You earned it. 🙌
