WizardCon has been cancelled for this weekend. The date has been moved to Oct 9-11 2026

If you have a hotel reservation. You can move your reservation to the new date, or you can cancel. YOU MUST CALL BY MIDNIGHT WED.

WizardCon has a major announcement to get out to everyone. Due to an incident that is in NO WAY the fault of the hotel OR WizardCon, the convention for this weekend has been cancelled and moved to another date.

Emails are headed out to all remaining vendors who have not already been notified. We are having a Live Stream tonight at 8pm EST to answer questions, talk about the new date etc.

The hotel is not charging anyone who has rooms reserved, and tonight we will have the number at the hotel you can call to either cancel your room or move it to the new date.

We will have that information, also we will have information for ticket holders etc.

This is NOT our fault OR THE HOTELS..... Our live stream tonight will better explain etc. Links is below.

Game schedules will be emailed on Monday to all VIP badge holders for early sign ups, then posted Wednesday morning for everyone else. Also there will be sign ups at the convention.

We will also have special areas for Vendor unloading emailed to all vendors on Wednesday with a map etc.
