Please review these important guidelines so we can best serve you during this very busy season:

1️⃣ Site Visits Are By Appointment Only

To ensure each client receives dedicated time and personalized service, all tours must be scheduled in advance.

2️⃣ Date Retainers Secure Your Date

A non-refundable date retainer is required to lock in your event date.
This amount goes toward your total event balance.

3️⃣ Proper Payment Is Required to Receive Each Deal

Every Black Friday Deal includes a specific required payment amount.
This payment must be made in full to activate your deal pricing.
We accept credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Zelle, and cash payment at arranged location on .

4️⃣ One Deal Per Event Date

Deals cannot be combined.
Black Friday pricing does not apply to prior invoices or previous pricing (for dates on or before 12/31/2025).

5️⃣ Payment Secures Your Date —
Nothing Else including :

A phone call, email, or conversation does not secure your date.
