Coretta's Elegant Events A Boutique Event Planning Company - planning, design, coordination, management for intimate celebrations, weddings, corporate & social occasions.

Coretta is the Owner and Lead Event Coordinator of Coretta's Elegant Events, and a Stella & Dot Jewelry Ambassador. She loves weddings, fashion and events! She is a southern girl, born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and an honor graduate of the historic Tuskegee University and Vanderbilt University Law School. She's practiced law as an officer and attorney in the United States Air Force JAG Corps and continues to draw on skills honed as a military trial attorney.

It's one of those weeks where I'm so grateful that we made the effort, had the gathering, took the photos.
We're preparing to celebrate the life of a truly remarkable woman, my godmother, Auntie Chris.

I'm coordinating florals for the repast and we're supporting Mama as she speaks about her friend of 5 decades.

The day after we return is my biggest event of the year.
The day after that is my birthday.
It's a physically, mentally and emotionally challenging week.
Prayers appreciated.🙏🏾
