Events range from small parties, memorial luncheons to high end weddings
• Self-Motivated and able to work with little supervision and manage others is key
• 5 Years previous experience is a must
• Front of the House Experience is a plus
• Timing of Food, Service and Set up is key
• Flexible work schedule necessary. Weekends a must
• Ability to work long days and manage all aspects of food preparation, service, cleanliness and sanitation
• SERV Safe Certification a plus and can be provided
• Food Presentation experience

• Purchasing experience
 Position requires weekly food inventory, purchasing and storage

• Off Site Catering Equipment preparation, loading, unloading and set up
• Ability to drive work van necessary
