Favorite Restaurant Style Sauces you can make at home!

SATAY SAUCE
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup coconut milk
2 tsp soy sauce
1 whole lime- juice
2 tbsps red curry paste
1 tsp honey or sugar

YUM YUM SAUCE
1 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
1 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon mirin
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder

GENERAL TSO SAUCE
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 tablespoons chili sauce
1 teaspoon pepper flakes
3/4 cup chicken broth
2 tablespoons cornstarch

SWEET & SOUR
1 cup pineapple juice
2 tbsp rice vinegar
3 tbsp ketchup
1/4 cup white sugar
1 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp water +
1 tbsp cornstarch
1/4 tsp black pepper

STIR FRY SAUCE
1/4 cup light soy sauce
3 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
2 teaspoons brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger, grated
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/4 cup water
1 tsp sesame oil

DUCK SAUCE
1 cup apricot jam
1 thsp soy sauce
3 tbsp rice vinegar
1 clove minced garlic
1 tsp minced ginger
1/4 tsp chili flakes
1 tbsp chili sauce

The Panola County Sheriff's Office- MS needs your help in identifying the individuals in the photo below.

At approximately 4:00 A.M. this morning, the two individuals in the photo broke into the Lake Store on Blackjack Road and attempted to break open the register and steal the money out of it. They were unsuccessful. They then took two drinks and left the store.

If you can identify either of the subjects, please call CrimeStoppers of Panola County at 662-209-2011.
