In El Paso for the Texas Democratic State Convention. It’s been awesome so far with so many outstanding speakers, candidates and friends. From Colin Allred to Gretchen Whitmire to Senfronia Thompson to Royce West to Wendy Davis to Gilberto Hinojosa to Joaquin Castro to Carol Alvarado and so many more it has been so inspiring as we prepare for the Democratic National Convention in Chicago.

…And by the way I was elected as a National Delegate to that convention in August. More on that later. Getting some rest for now as I have one more day in El Paso as we will officially declare President Joseph Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris as our candidates of choice for the November 5, 2024 Election.

Enjoyed the Alvin Ailey Dance Theater Company Performance at Bass Concert Hall at University of Texas at Austin. I was at their premiere performance 43 years ago as they were the inaugural performing group at the PAC. I was an Assistant House Manager at the performance and got to see all their performances and many others that followed. What memories.
