I’m Chef Jessica, the Chef and Owner behind A Thyme For Lime Catering!
Rooted in my upbringing in Illinois, my culinary journey finds its foundation in the hands of family cooks and the mentorship of professional chefs who graciously opened their kitchens to me.
My formal training started at the Art Institute of Chicago, where I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Management, igniting the flames of my passion for the culinary arts.
Since then, my path has led me through diverse culinary landscapes, from intimate gatherings to corporate events, from mastering the delicate art of sushi to championing the farm-to-table movement in a vibrant restaurant setting.
In 2017, my journey took me to Kansas, where I have continued honing my craft as a personal chef, and embracing every opportunity to create memorable culinary experiences.
For me, cooking is more than just a job—it’s a passion, a creative outlet, and a way to bring people together.
