Why you should be outsourcing today ‼️

I know. It’s hard to let go of control. I get it. Your business is your baby! But holding onto it so tightly is going to suffocate it…really. Sometimes we think if we hold on tightly, we won’t risk losing it. But just like most things in life, it puts us at a greater risk.

Outsourcing allows you to focus on the things you’re REALLY good at, while letting others do the things they’re really good at for you. It frees up your time so you aren’t burning the candles at both ends and actually have the time and energy to give back to yourself and your clients. And it optimizes efficiency in your business. Even though you’re spending money outsourcing, you’re able to bring more in.

Quick tip: find the area of your business that does not spark joy (yes we are Marie Kondo-ing this) and you spend a significant amount of time out. Start your outsourcing there. ✨

What if I told you your couple is not actually your main client? 😱 But wait Virginia...aren't they paying me? Yes...yes they are, and it's important to foster a relationship with them. But clients inevitably come and go...⁠

The most important relationship you will build in your business is the one you have with your VENDORS! Vendors are a constant, and networking with those who share similar values in their business can actually make your business not only more successful, but more fun too. They are the ones you can call at 3:00am to pick up the extra racks of glasses that were left behind or even the ones that are willing to help you move multiple times. So long as you build a genuine friendship. ⁠And I’ve been fortunate to have that kind of support thanks to my networking and care.

Networking is your best friend! Do it and do it often! Here are some tips to get you started building your network:⁠
⁠
✨Authenticity & honesty - Be you and show up. Let down your wall and let them see who you really are.⁠
✨Consistency & follow through - Always do what you say you're going to do.⁠
✨Get curious - Find commonalities and be genuinely interested in who the other person is.⁠
⁠
