The Landmark Event Center is offering a $100 discount on 'Friday and Saturday Evening' Events ONLY in 2019 (exclude holiday weekends)!! This ONLY applies to new bookings and MUST be booked by Feb 28th.
Friday Evening Rate with discount $550
Saturday Evening Rate with discount $650
7 hours (includes setup & cleanup time).

Includes: table & chair setup, private dressing room, Prep Kitchen, Concierge Area, dance floor, guest wi-fi, and plenty of parking.

You may also bring your own caterer, decorator, and bartender.
Banquet style seating up to 75
Party Style seating up 110

We are extremely grateful and appreciative to everyone that has entrusted us to host your special event. To everyone that has referred us to others, we appreciate you so very much.

The Landmark Event Center offers an intimate environment in a nice area (across from Bartlett Park) with lots of parking.

Clients have access to a private dressing room, free wi-fi, tvs for presentations/slideshows, bar table, a prep kitchen and it has a dedicated dance floor that can be transformed for additional seating. Can seat up to 75 for Banquet Style and 110 for Party Style with Bar/Pub tables (which can be setup high or low for seating)

For those inquiring, here is the pricing for "The Landmark":

'Day' rate is: $400 (4 Hours)
Sat is $450

'Evening' rates (7 Hours)
Sun - Thur $550
Fri $650
Sat $750
(includes tables & chairs).

Hourly rates available for meetings, Repast, and last minute events.

*Decorating package is separate*
